| Saturdays @ 8:00am | Abbotsford 3 way Stop | Distance: usually 35-45kmDuration: Possibly 2-4 hours depending on fitness of group.Terrain: A bit of Tar and Gravel Roads, + single track if it did not rain much.Difficulty: Not difficult, but the single track can get difficult if you are not used to this type of terrain. Usually if there is a race on the weekend there will be no formal training rides on that weekend.
